Technicians left a 33-centimeter service light within the wing of a Qantas Airbus A380. The ATSB disclosed that the aircraft flew for two days with the work light inside before anyone noticed it. The 33-centimeter lamp stayed in the wing during those flights as the Qantas plane flew.
