Dan Orlovsky, a retired NFL quarterback, offered his reactions to the opening week of league action.

He declared the Giants whooped Dallas on both sides of the ball in his analysis.

Orlovsky called the Panthers' defense "putrid" following their shootout with the Bears in his assessment.

He criticized the Chargers on the whole for an "epic flop" to start the season under quarterback Justin Herbert and coach Mike McDaniel.

Orlovsky also said in his estimation that the Steelers' approach of "chasing points" is not likely to last.
