Alex de Minaur has withdrawn with injury during the China Open final in Beijing on Tuesday, handing the win to Novak Djokovic. The Australian was in strong form before retiring from the contest.
De Minaur spoke about his game before the retirement as "really positive" and said he will make his way to Shanghai for scans to find out how serious the injury is. Djokovic took the title without completing the match.
