A Kenmore Air seaplane went down off Sucia Island in Washington state’s San Juan Islands late Thursday. All aboard, put at 10 or 11 people, got out before the plane c caught fire. Early reports gave shifting numbers on how many rode in the craft. Fire crews got there quickly. No word yet on injury reports or what caused the ditching.
