U.S. Senator Marco Rubio said recently plans to dismantle the International Criminal Court (ICC) through a diplomatic campaign.
Rubio, a Florida Republican, called the ICC’s actions overreaching and aligned this effort with comparable moves by the Trump administration.
His campaign seeks to eliminate financial support and collaboration with the court.
