Hamilton-born NHL prospect Matthew Mayich continues to stay at an Arizona hospital after collapsing during an outdoor workout. Mayich is an Arizona State hockey skater and a draft pick for the St. Louis Blues. He experienced the training incident while attending a team practice session outside.

Arizona State is investigating the incident of the player. Mayich is currently receiving care in hospital while university authorities check the circumstances leading up to the outdoor practice.
