Latest News About Air Canada jet skids off taxiway, no one hurt

A plane from Air Canada slid off the taxiway at Montreal-Trudeau Airport on July 10. It landed, and then moved onto the grass and ended up off the runway. Officials sealed the strip immediately. Nobody was injured in the move, even though it felt rough.

That block closed takeoffs and landings for hours. Cleanup crews moved equipment to the area. Others checked the runway for any damage. In the afternoon, planes were taking off and landing again when the strip reopened.
