Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three more instances of the West Nile virus. State health officials have elevated the risk assessment to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now marked as high risk. Meanwhile, a a highly transmissible cat virus has been identified at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
