Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed a fresh Prime Minister as part of a ministerial overhaul.
He told parliament the transition will aid the country tackle pressing issues.
During a meeting with outgoing Premier Denys Shmyhal, Zelensky reviewed ways to strengthen Ukraine’s energy grids.
