A tourist boat sank near Vietnam’s Phu Quoc island on Saturday. Fifteen Indians died when the motorboat flipped just off the beach. Those rescued saved from the surf were rushed to hospitals. Rescue crews used naval patrol vessels and merchant vessels to look for remains. India’s foreign minister called the deaths tragic and asked Vietnam for full details on what went wrong.
